Целью деятельности секретаря судебного заседания является организация работы по ведению протоколов судебного заседания и оформлению гражданских, уголовных, административных дел, дел об административных правонарушениях, иных судебных дел, материалов после их рассмотрения. Секретарь судебного заседания должен выполнять обязанности, предусмотренные статьями 15 и 18 Федерального закона о государственной гражданской службе, а также: - не разглашать сведения, ставшие ему известными в связи с исполнением должностных обязанностей, в том числе сведения, затрагивающие частную жизнь, здоровье, честь и достоинство граждан; - исполнять приказы, распоряжения, указания судьи, председателя суда, администратора, главного специалиста. - вести делопроизводство в соответствии с Инструкцией по судебному делопроизводству в районном суде; - осуществлять оформление гражданских, уголовных, административных дел, дел об административных правонарушениях, иных судебных дел, материалов по представлениям уголовно-исполнительной инспекции и жалоб в порядке ст. 125 УПК РФ после их рассмотрения; - извещать участников процесса и других лиц о времени и месте судебного разбирательства, в том числе посредством СМС-сообщений; информировать судью о надлежащем извещении лиц, участвующих в деле, о причинах их неявки в судебное заседание; - заблаговременно проверять уведомления об извещении участников процесса и принимать дополнительные меры по обеспечению явки лиц в судебное заседание; - проверять явку лиц, вызванных в судебное заседание, и регистрировать в судебных повестках время их нахождения в суде; - вести протокол судебного заседания, осуществлять аудиозапись судебного заседания (аудиопротокол), обеспечивать контроль за фиксированием хода судебного заседания техническими средствами; - осуществлять последующую обработку аудиопротокола, обеспечивать сохранение файла аудиозаписи судебного заседания; - осуществлять организационные мероприятия, необходимые для использования систем видеоконференц-связи в судебном заседании; - по указанию судьи выполнять машинописные работы, принимать и отправлять телефонограммы, электронные сообщения, факсы, подшивать их тексты в судебное дело.
