Ведущий бухгалтер отдела ОКУ "Центр социальных выплат" Фатежского района Курской области должен выполнять следующие трудовые обязанности: Осуществлять своевременное и правильное начисление и перерасчет компенсаций расходов на оплату жилых помещений и коммунальных услуг. Своевременно формировать ведомости на перечисление компенсаций в кредитные организации и (или) организации федеральной почтовой связи. Осуществлять прием заявлений граждан (иных лиц) проживающих на территории Фатежского района Курской области о предоставлении субсидии; определять полноту и достоверность представленных гражданами (заявителями) документов; определять состав семьи получателя субсидии; осуществлять учет доходов, расчет совокупного дохода семьи и одиноко проживающего гражданина, среднедушевого дохода семьи; осуществлять расчет прожиточного минимума семьи; определять расходы на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг, приходящихся на граждан, соответствующих условиям предоставления субсидий; осуществлять расчет размера субсидии; подготавливать проект решения о предоставлении гражданину (заявителю) субсидии или отказе в ее предоставлении и доводить принятые решения до граждан; формировать в отношении каждого заявителя дело, включающее документы, необходимые для принятия соответствующего решения; подготавливать проект решения о перерасчете субсидий; осуществлять перерасчет размеров субсидий при изменении региональных и/или местных стандартов, значений действующих в Курской области прожиточных минимумов социально-демографических групп, а также условий и порядка предоставления субсидий, установленных Жилищным кодексом РФ и постановлением Правительства РФ от 14.12.2005г. № 761 "О предоставлении субсидий на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг", Обеспечивать ежемесячный автоматизированный расчет компенсаций, субсидий и, в случаях предусмотренных нормативными правовыми актами Курской области, иных денежных выплат, в предоставлении которых участвует отдел, поддерживать базы данных получателей указанных выплат в актуальном состоянии, вести и правильно использовать программное обеспечение АС Адресная социальная помощь . Подготавливать данные по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского учета для составления отчетности, следить за сохранностью бухгалтерских документов, оформлять их в соответствии с установленным порядком для передачи в архив. Выполнять в пределах компетенции и функций, возложенных на отдел, иные поручения начальника учреждения и начальника отдела

Наличие высшего профессионального (экономического) образования и стажа работы в должности бухгалтера II категории не менее 5 лет. Знание постановления Правительства РФ от 14.12.2005г. № 761 "О предоставлении субсидий на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг"; постановления Администрации Курской области от 11.10.2021 № 1072-па "О предоставлении отдельным категориям граждан компенсации расходов на оплату жилых помещений и коммунальных услуг"
