соблюдает трудовую и исполнительскую дисциплину; своевременно и качественно выполняет распоряжения и поручения директора лагеря, заместителя директора лагеря и заведующего хозяйством; соблюдает на рабочем месте правила охраны труда и пожарной безопасности; повышает уровень квалификации по направлению Работодателя с целью освоения технических средств уборки пространства; бережно относится к доверенным материальным ценностям, следит за техническим состоянием вверенного в пользование оборудования; производит уборку территории лагеря (дорожек, ступеней, дороги, клумб, газонов, площадок), обеспечивает безопасность детей при выполнении работ; подметает, собирает мусор, очищает урны для мусора; производит очистку и дезинфекцию контейнеров для мусора, биотуалетов и септиков; в зимнее время работы лагеря производит своевременную очистку от снега и льда дорог, тротуаров, мостовых, дорожек и посыпает песком; выкашивает траву на закрепленной территории лагеря; осуществляет рытье и прочистку канавок и лотков для стока воды; производит очистку пожарных колодцев, обеспечивает свободный доступ к ним в любое время; следит за технической исправностью и внешней сохранностью инженерного оборудования лагеря, заборов, временных строений.

Наличие справки об отсутствии судимости это ключевое требование для всех сотрудников детских учреждений (ст. 351.1 ТК РФ). Без нее принять человека на работу нельзя. Наличие действующей личной медицинской книжки с пройденным медицинским осмотром и санминимумом для работы в детских оздоровительных учреждениях. Исполнительность, аккуратность и дисциплинированность. Ответственное отношение к наведению порядка. Отсутствие противопоказаний к физическому труду на открытом воздухе.
