Обязанности: Управление персоналом и развитие службы. Планирование кадрового состава, рациональная расстановка среднего и младшего медперсонала, организация их профессионального развития. Контроль трудовой дисциплины и соблюдения норм профессионального общения. Лекарственное обеспечение и учёт. Контроль учёта, хранения и отпуска лекарственных средств и медицинских изделий. Обеспечение неснижаемого запаса специфических препаратов в подразделениях. Эпидемиологическая безопасность. Организация и контроль противоэпидемических и профилактических мероприятий, особое внимание профилактике внутрибольничного инфицирования. Контроль алгоритмов действий при аварийных ситуациях и соблюдении санитарно‑эпидемиологического режима (маркировка инвентаря, разделение потоков, дезинфекция и стерилизация). Стандартизация и документация. Разработка и актуализация стандартных операционных процедур (СОПов) по ключевым процессам (забор биоматериала, действия при авариях, уход, дезинфекция, учёт лекарств) и контроль их исполнения. Ведение и контроль медицинской документации (в том числе электронной), участие в разработке локальных актов. Ресурсное и безопасное обеспечение. Организация использования материальных ресурсов, приёмка, хранение и учёт медизделий, лекарств и дезсредств. Обеспечение требований к эксплуатации оборудования, соблюдение норм охраны труда, профилактика травматизма и профзаболеваний, внутренний контроль качества и безопасности деятельности.

Требования: Высшее или среднее профессиональное медицинское образование по специальности Сестринское дело . Действующая аккредитация специалиста. Опыт работы в сестринском деле не менее 5 лет, желательно опыт руководящей работы (старшая/главная медсестра). Знание нормативных документов по организации сестринского дела, санитарному и лекарственному режиму, охране труда. Навыки разработки и внедрения СОПов, работы с медицинской документацией (в т. ч. в электронном виде). Организаторские способности, умение выстраивать процессы и контролировать исполнение.
