Системный администратор обязан: 1) обеспечивать: - подключение Министерства к информационным системам других ведомств, необходимым для выполнения возложенных на Министерство функций и задач; - поддержание в актуальном состоянии структуры Министерства на официальном сайте Министерства, в системе электронного документооборота Министерства и почтовом сервере; - своевременное копирование, архивирование и резервирование данных в рамках компетенции; - подготовку описания объекта закупки в целях осуществления закупки для государственных нужд в рамках компетенции; 2) осуществлять: - опубликование информации на сайте Министерства в государственной информационной системе Омской области Портал Правительства Омской области в сети Интернет в пределах своей компетенции; - взаимодействие с государственными органами в сфере информационно-коммуникационных технологий; - обслуживание информационных систем, используемых Министерством; - настройку программного обеспечения, персональных компьютеров (операционных систем, средств мониторинга и др.); - заниматься вопросами приобретения, эксплуатации, ремонта и профилактики персональных компьютеров и периферийных устройств Министерства; - заниматься вопросами получения, хранения, учета, выдачи материальных ценностей и основных средств в пределах своей компетенции; - отвечать за администрирование парка компьютеров и систем хранения данных, персональных компьютеров;

- умение применять современные информационно-коммуникационные технологии в государственных органах: использование межведомственного и ведомственного электронного документооборота, информационно-телекоммуникационных сетей; - участие в подготовке документов, необходимых для проведения закупок товаров, работ, услуг в соответствии с Федеральным законом О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг; - ведение учета средств, оборудования, распределения; - способность грамотного консультирования пользователей по вопросам, связанным с информационными технологиями и связи; - настройка программного обеспечения (операционных систем, офисных продуктов, средств мониторинга и др.); - разработка планов, технических заданий, инструкций, регламентов в области информационных технологий; - работа по приемке и оформлению оборудования, работ; - способность к анализу различных технических решений; - перевод информации в единый формат; - установка сетевого программного обеспечения на серверах и рабочих станциях и поддержка их в рабочем состоянии; - мониторинг сети, выявление ошибки пользователей и сетевого программного обеспечения, восстановление работоспособности системы;
