1. Организовать работу по разработке и реализации мероприятий, направленных на: - снижение потерь воды, не связанных с авариями на водопроводной сети; - снижение дебиторской задолженности физических и юридических лиц; - повышению уровня сбора денежных средств за оказанные услуги холодного водоснабжения; - снижение нерационального водопотребления и утечки воды; - выявлению и предотвращению нарушений водопотребления; - оперативное воздействие на потребителей, нарушающих обязательства по срокам и сумме оплаты за оказанные услуги холодного водоснабжения; - выставление расчётов и счетов за безучетное водопотребление; - своевременную подготовку полного пакета документов, необходимого для заключения, расторжения, либо перезаключения договоров на предоставление услуг холодного водоснабжения, дополнительных соглашений к договорам на предоставление услуг холодного водоснабжения. - взысканию задолженности за оказанные услуги холодного водоснабжения. - своевременному поступлению денежных средств за оказанные услуги холодного водоснабжения. - ведение работы по взысканию задолженности за потребленную воду с потребителей, включая претензионную работу с физическими и юридическими лицами, исковую работу и работу по обеспечению исполнения судебных решений в отношении физических лиц; - своевременной подготовке и направлению ответов на обращения, жалобы, письма и пр. абонентов в рамках компетенции службы сбыта. - своевременной подготовке и направлению ответов на письма, требования, запросы и пр. контролирующих органов в рамках компетенции службы сбыта. 2. Контролировать работу по своевременному заключению в установленном законом порядке договоров холодного водоснабжения с новыми потребителями услуг водоснабжения, а также их своевременной актуализации.

- Высшее образование. - Специальность экономическая, юридическая; - Опыт работы в сфере водоснабжения, водоотведения или на руководящих должностях, связанный с управлением продажами и клиентским сервисом - Не менее трех лет в области управления процессом предоставления коммунальных ресурсов потребителям.

- Начальник автотранспортного участка ТГВ автотранспортного цеха. - График работы: понедельник-пятница с 08:30 часов до 17:45 часов (в пятницу до - 16:15 часов), выходные дни: суббота и воскресенье. - Ненормированный рабочий день. - Официальное трудоустройство согласно ТК РФ. - Стабильная выплата заработной платы 2 раза в месяц. - Профессиональный стандарт " Специалист по мехатронным системам автомобиля" - 31.004. Код В/02.6. - Допустимые условия труда: 2
