- осуществлять подготовку к передаче необходимых материалов в правоохранительные органы, органы прокуратуры и судебные органы; - принимать участие в подготовке исков или заявлений в суд, арбитражный суд, апелляционных и кассационных жалоб в порядке, установленном законодательством; - осуществлять в соответствии с утвержденной номенклатурой формирование и ведение дел в отделе, а также подготовку дел к передаче в архив; -принимать участие в рассмотрении жалоб о нарушениях законодательства Российской Федерации о закупках; -возбуждать производство по делам об административных правонарушениях; составлять протоколы о привлечении к административной ответственности, проекты постановлений, контролировать исполнение; -принимать участие в проведении проверок в сфере закупок товаров, работ и услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд; - возбуждать производство по делам о нарушении антимонопольного законодательства, своевременно готовить решение и предписания, контролировать исполнение

- наличие знаний гражданского и антимонопольного законодательства; - наличие навыков подготовки деловой документации, аналитических, информационных и иных материалов; - наличие умения систематизации информации, работы со служебными документами; - высокий уровень знаний русского языка, орфографии, пунктуации, стилистики, грамотная устная речь; - работа с компьютером: Windows. MS Office (Word, Excel. Power Point)
