Управление производственно-хозяйственной деятельностью участка, анализ и координация работы мастеров/бригад Обеспечение ритмичного выпуска качественной продукции в соответствии с производственными заданиями, своевременная корректировка Планирование и исполнение бюджета, эффективное использование сырья, материалов, оборудования и рабочего времени Административное руководство сотрудниками, организация безопасных условий труда, обучение, подготовка и аттестация кадров в соответствии с требованиями охраны труда, пожарной безопасности, контроль производственной и трудовой дисциплины, и функционального исполнения обязанностей Участие в подборе персонала, расстановка рабочих Организация соблюдения требований производственной санитарии, ХАССП Планирование ремонтных работ оборудования, помещений. Работа с претензиями, рекламациями. Участие в работах по размещению оборудования, изменению планировок, модернизации оборудования, автоматизации. Работа по росту производительности оборудования и труда, предложениям по улучшению.

Опыт в должности начальника цеха, участка, мастера, технолога на пищевом производстве от 3 лет, опыт управления коллективом от 10 человек. Знание НТД, регулирующих вопросы качества и безопасности пищевых продуктов, ТР ТС, ГОСТ, ТУ, понимание требований маркировки пищевой продукции и сроков годности. Знание основ планирования, учета, документооборота и отчетности на производстве. Понимание способов и методов повышения эффективности производства, снижения потерь и увеличения производительности труда. Методы управления коллективном, принципы мотивации и контроля трудовой дисциплины. Начисление сдельной заработной платы, ведение табелей. Принципы поточности на пищевом производстве: правила организации цеха, исключающие пересечение потоков сырья, полуфабрикатов и готовой продукции (профилактика перекрестного загрязнения). Знание принципов работы основных типов технологического оборудования: насосы разных типов, гомогенизаторы, пастеризаторы, фасовочные автоматы, варочные котлы и т.п.; правила мойки и дизинфекции оборудования (системы CIP /SIP). Технологии производства выпускаемой продукции и устройство применяемого оборудования. Технология маркировки "Честный знак". в/о (техническое, технологическое, экономическое: специальность - инженер, технолог, биотехнолог). Отличные знание ПК - опытный пользователь, ПО MSOffice, CRM-системы (Битрикс), ПО Апекс.
