поддержкой, обучением и консультированием сотрудников компании по вопросам, касающимся ПК и ПО; устранением неисправностей в работе аппаратных средств, ПО и сетевой инфраструктуры; планированием восполнения запчастей и расходных материалов; учетом расходных материалов для обеспечения бесперебойного функционирования принтеров, МФУ и копировальной техники; оформлением документов (приход/расход) и учетом оборудования на складе IT; организацией и приемкой у обслуживающей организации работ по восстановлению работоспособности оборудования в гарантийный и послегарантийный период; фиксацией в ServiceDesk-системе обращений от пользователей, контролем процесса их устранения; работой с обращениями пользователей согласно внутренним регламентам, приказам и положениям; установкой новых рабочих мест и переносом существующих, созданием и блокировкой учетных записей; проведением регламентных работ по обслуживанию оборудования; настройкой ПК, смартфонов, планшетов и прочего оборудования; участием в инвентаризации IT-оборудования; сопровождением работ контрольно-кассовой техники; подготовкой сопроводительных документов (заключение, акт на списание) в целях списания IТ-техники.
