Технический менеджер: 1. Принимает участие в разработке документов, регламентирующие организацию и выполнение технического обслуживания и ремонтов. 2. Осуществляет подготовку к ремонту (технический аудит, составление ремонтных ведомостей, проведение тендеров и подтверждение поставщиков). 3. Контролирует и обеспечивает своевременное проведение периодических классификационных освидетельствований на исправное техническое состояние судов. 4. На основе графика технического обслуживания и ремонтов контролирует и обеспечивает своевременное проведение требуемого объема ремонтных работ. 5. Предоставляет в полном объеме и в соответствии с требуемыми сроками информацию о годовой потребности в закупке ТМЦ и услуг в рамках бюджетного процесса. 6. Формирует бюджет на ремонт. 7. Осуществляет контроль рациональности использования средств. 8. Осуществляет постоянный контроль за эффективной эксплуатацией оборудования, предлагает и реализует решения, которые будут способствовать повышению эффективности. 9. Определяет оптимальный размер запасов запчастей на складе и/или на судне, готовит обоснование выделения финансирования. 10. Участвует в анализе транспортных происшествий, связанных с техническими неисправностями судовых устройств и оборудования, и разработке мероприятия по их ликвидации и предупреждению. 11. Осуществляет ежемесячный мониторинг и контроль выполнения международных и национальных требований по вопросам безопасности технической эксплуатации и ремонтов.

Высшее образование в области водного транспорта ВГУВТ. Стаж работы в коммерческой эксплуатации морского флота не менее 5 лет. Английский язык разговорный, письменный (уровень Intermediate), бюджетирования, опыт работы в системах 1С, (БДДС, БДР) SAP HSM; SF Дженксон; Синакомекс и др.
