Управление и обслуживание транспорта Безопасно управлять закреплённым автомобилем, строго соблюдать ПДД и режим труда и отдыха Проводить ежедневный предрейсовый осмотр ТС, фиксировать выявленные неисправности Своевременно проходить техническое обслуживание и техосмотр Заправлять автомобиль, вести учёт ГСМ (в том числе по топливным картам) Содержать машину в чистоте: мыть кузов, салон, двигатель Работа с грузом Приёмка. Принимать товар по количеству и качеству на складе отправителя. Проверять целостность упаковки, соответствие товара документам, наличие сертификатов и другой сопроводительной документации. Если замечаний нет фиксировать приёмку в складской копии накладной и в журнале учёта Контроль погрузки. Следить, чтобы груз правильно разместили и надёжно закрепили в кузове. Если есть нарушения требовать от отправителя их устранить Доставка. Своевременно и в целости доставить груз по указанному адресу Сдача получателю. Передать груз, получить от представителя получателя отметку о приёмке (подпись, должность, подтверждение полномочий Проверить, совпадает ли наименование получателя в документах и в отметке. Если есть претензии по качеству зафиксировать их в накладной Документооборот Оформлять и проверять сопроводительные документы (ТТН, накладные, счета-фактуры). Вести учёт доставленных и возвращённых грузов. Сдавать на склад документы с отметкой об исполнении не позднее следующего дня после доставки Организация процесса Планировать маршрут с учётом дорожной обстановки, качества покрытия, особенностей подъезда Своевременно информировать руководство о нестандартных ситуациях: отсутствии получателя по адресу, отсутствии оплаты при получении, отказе от товара, поломке ТС, других инцидентах При необходимости взаимодействовать с отправителем или получателем для решения вопросов в пути Безопасность и охрана труда Использовать средства индивидуальной защиты Не допускать перегрузки ТС и нарушения габаритов При погрузочно-разгрузочных работах выходить из кабины и контролировать процесс, чтобы обеспечить безопасность
