Должностные обязанности: Проводит мероприятия по охране и воспроизводству объектов животного мира и по федеральному государственному контролю (надзору) в области охраны и использования объектов животного мира и среды их обитания осуществляет региональный государственный экологический контроль (надзор), составляет протоколы об административных правонарушениях.

Наличие высшего образования не ниже уровня бакалавриата, желательно по специальности Биология, Биология (охотоведение), Юриспруденция; должен знать: Кодекс Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях (главы 7, 8, 19, 20, раздел III-IV) от 30.12.2001 № 195-ФЗ (далее - КоАП РФ), федеральные законы № 52-ФЗ О животном мире, № 89-ФЗ Об отходах производства и потребления, № 96-ФЗ Об охране атмосферного воздуха, № 7-ФЗ Об охране окружающей среды, № 209-ФЗ Об охоте и о сохранении охотничьих ресурсов и о внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации, № 248-ФЗ О государственном контроле (надзоре) и муниципальном контроле в Российской Федерации . Должен знать: виды, порядок организации и осуществления мероприятий по профилактике нарушения обязательных требований, мероприятий по контролю без взаимодействия; обязанности и ограничения при проведении мероприятий по контролю; виды и основные характеристики мероприятий по контролю; порядок организации и осуществления плановых проверок, формирования ежегодного плана проведения плановых проверок; основания проведения и особенности внеплановых проверок, согласование их проведения с органами прокуратуры; порядок, этапы, инструменты организации и проведения проверки; меры, принимаемые по результатам проверки. Должен уметь: проведение мероприятий по профилактике нарушения обязательных требований и по контролю без взаимодействия; проведение плановых и внеплановых документарных (камеральных) и выездных проверок; осуществление контроля исполнения предписаний и решений контрольно-надзорных органов; составление протоколов об административных правонарушениях. Работа по суммированному учету рабочего времени, разъездной характер работы.
