Ведение кадрового делопроизводства полностью (своевременное оформление приема на работу, перевода и увольнения работников в соответствии с трудовым законодательством Трудового Кодекса Российской Федерации и Федеральным законом от 27.07.2004 № 79-ФЗ "О государственной гражданской службе Российской Федерации, отпуска, табель учета рабочего времени, командировки, отсутствие, работа в выходные дни, больничные листы,назначение выплат т.д.) Работа в программе в информационных программах: Единая информационная система управления кадровым составом государственной гражданской службы РФ"ЕИСУКС", Система Электронного Документооборота, "АСТРАЛ" подготовка документов по персонифицированному учету. Контроль и обеспечения статистической отчетности о персонале Управления. Учет личного состава, хранение и заполнение трудовых книжек, ведение и хранение документации по кадровому делопроизводству, ведение карточек Т2,выдача справок о трудовой деятельности, а так же подготовка материалов для представления работающих к поощрениям и награждениям. Работа с трудовыми книжками. Приём, заполнение, учёт и хранение трудовых книжек, подсчёт трудового стажа, выдача справок о трудовой деятельности работников разработка должностных регламентов в соответствии с трудовым законодательством, а также положении отделов. Подготовка и сдача отчётности. Формирование отчётов в СФР, Росстат, центр занятости и другие уполномоченные органы. Работа с персональными данными. Обеспечение обработки и защиты персональных данных работников в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 27.07.2006 №152-ФЗ, соблюдение режима конфиденциальности при работе с кадровыми документами. Замещение сотрудника по противодействию коррупции на время отпуска и временного отсутствия по нетрудоспособности (присвоение классных чинов, аттестация ГГС, проведение конкурса, справки о доходах и расходах)
