The posting

Управлять погрузчиком при выполнении погрузочно‑разгрузочных и транспортных операций в производственных цехах, на открытых площадках и складах; Перемещать, укладывать и штабелировать металлические заготовки, отливки, сварные узлы, листовые материалы и т.д.; Перед началом смены выполнять предсменный осмотр погрузчика: проверять тормоза, рулевое управление, гидравлическую систему, световые приборы, рабочие механизмы, навесное оборудование, а также уровень топлива, масла и т.д; В течение смены контролировать техническое состояние погрузчика. Строго соблюдать требования промышленной безопасности в условиях машиностроительного производства: учитывать наличие мостовых кранов, станочного парка, сварочных постов, перемещений других транспортных средств; Взаимодействовать с крановщиками, стропальщиками, мастерами участков, технологами и кладовщиками для согласования перемещения грузов и безопасного выполнения операций; Участвовать в подготовке грузов к транспортировке (фиксация, раскрепление, использование подкладок и прокладок), не допускать повреждения заготовок и обработанных деталей; Поддерживать чистоту и порядок на рабочем месте, очищать рабочие узлы погрузчика от металлической стружки, окалины, загрязнений, удалять наледи и снег в зимний период; Выполнять сменные задания начальника участка, в том числе внеплановые задачи, связанные с обеспечением производственного ритма. Принимать участие в фасовке флюса и порошка;

Удостоверение тракториста‑машиниста с категорией "В" с отметкой водитель погрузчика; Опыт работы водителем погрузчика на производственных предприятиях (желательно в машиностроении, металлургии, на заводах металлоконструкций) от 1 года; Знание правил строповки и взаимодействия со стропальщиками и крановщиками; Знание правил охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности, в том числе специфики работы в цехах тяжёлого машиностроения; Готовность работать в условиях интенсивного производственного ритма .
