1.Организовывать составление текущих и долгосрочных финансовых планов. Обеспечивать рентабельность и прибыльность ее хозяйственной и коммерческой деятельности. 2.Организовывать маркетинговую работу (в т.ч. рекламу, продвижение учреждения на рынке медицинских услуг), обеспечивать привлечение новых групп потребителей и удовлетворение спроса на новые виды услуг. 3.Рассчитывать цены на платные медицинские услуги, составлять прейскуранты платных медицинских услуг, при необходимости вносить в них изменения, производить расчёт рентабельности предоставляемых платных медицинских услуг. Представлять интересы учреждения в вышестоящих инстанциях при утверждении тарифов на оказываемые медицинские услуги. 4. Составлять премиальные положения (с целью мотивировать сотрудников учреждения на предоставление качественных медицинских услуг, в том числе платных медицинских услуг), направлять их главному врачу. 5. Составлять сметы расходов структурных подразделений учреждения с разбивкой по месяцам с указанием источников финансирования, направлять их главному врачу. 6. Составлять совместно с бухгалтерией ежемесячные, ежеквартальные, ежегодные отчёты по заработной плате по утверждённой форме, представлять годовой отчёт в указанный отдел. 7.Составлять экономико-статистическую и иную отчетность в установленные сроки, обеспечивать своевременное представление отчетности о результатах экономической деятельности в вышестоящие органы. 8.Составлять штатное расписание учреждения, при необходимости вносить изменения в штатное расписание. 9. Определять экономическую эффективность организации труда и лечебно-диагностического процесса 10. Организовывать учет экономических показателей результатов деятельности медицинской организации и ее структурных подразделений. 11. Организовывать работы по формированию, ведению и хранению базы данных экономической информации в медицинской организации и ее структурных подразделений.

Высшее экономическое образование. - выполнение своей должностной инструкции по всем, без исключения, позициям; - разработка текущих и долгосрочных финансовых планов, обеспечивающих рентабельность и прибыльность хозяйственных и коммерческих процессов; - способность к восприятию новых знаний и применению новых методов эффективной работы; - высокий уровень служебной дисциплины самого заместителя главного врача по экономике и его подчиненных; - доброжелательное, творческое отношение ко всем рабочим процессам, умение предотвращать конфликты.
