Участвовать в проверке оборудования закрепленного за участком, способствовать его эффективному использованию, безопасному ведению ремонтных работ. Производить регулировку систем вентиляции и кондиционирования для поддержания заданной температуры и влажности воздуха в помещениях учреждения с помощью приборов Производить осмотр, чистку и участие в ремонте вентиляторов, калориферов и насосов, надзор за состоянием и работой приборов автоматического регулирования. Ведение журнала записи показаний всех установок в установленное время. Пуск и остановка вентиляционных установок. Выполнение погрузо-разгрузочных работ при производстве ремонтных работ. Разборка, ремонт, сборка, монтаж и обслуживание систем вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха. Регулирование температуры и влажности воздуха в соответствии с техническими условиями, Производить периодический обход помещений с целью контроля работы, вентиляционного оборудования и электроустановок. Соблюдать правила безопасности при проведении работ на высоте. Соблюдать правила и нормы охраны труда, требования экологической безопасности при проведении ремонтных работ. Соблюдать правила применения приставных устройств при производстве работ. Комплексно в составе дежурной смены производить работы для обеспечения жизнедеятельности учреждения. Обеспечивать поддержание порядка и чистоты на рабочем месте. Производить ревизии и составлять дефектные ведомости на ремонт оборудования и коммуникаций.
