Руководство отделом. Планировать работу отдела (годовые, квартальные, месячные планы). Распределять обязанности между сотрудниками. Контролировать исполнение поручений и документов. Обеспечивать целевое расходование бюджетных ассигнований. Вносить предложения главе поселения по совершенствованию работы отдела, поощрению и взысканиям сотрудников. Разработка и реализация молодёжной политики на территории поселения. Разрабатывать проекты муниципальных правовых актов по вопросам молодёжной политики. Разрабатывать и реализовывать муниципальные программы по основным направлениям молодёжной политики. Проводить мониторинг реализации молодёжной политики на территории поселения. Готовить предложения по реализации молодёжной политики, мотивации молодёжи. Участвовать в реализации федеральных и региональных программ на территории поселения. Мероприятия и работа с детьми и молодёжью. Организовывать и проводить мероприятия на территории поселения: фестивали, конкурсы, акции, спортивные события, патриотические мероприятия. Организовывать летний отдых и занятость детей и молодёжи в каникулярное время. Содействовать развитию волонтёрского движения. Организовывать мероприятия с допризывной молодёжью, патриотическое воспитание. Проводить мероприятия по вовлечению молодёжи в трудовую и предпринимательскую деятельность. Содействовать развитию молодёжных и детских общественных объединений, клубов по месту жительства. Профилактическая и социальная работа. Организовывать работу по профилактике правонарушений, безнадзорности и наркомании среди подростков и молодёжи. Проводить индивидуальную профилактическую работу с несовершеннолетними в социально опасном положении. Выявлять молодёжь и молодые семьи, нуждающиеся в социальной поддержке, вести их учёт. Вести работу с неблагополучными молодыми семьями, несовершеннолетними матерями, бывшими воспитанниками детских домов. Оказывать консультации по программам поддержки молодых семей (в том числе жилищным). Участвовать в работе комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних и защите их прав. Взаимодействие и отчётность. Взаимодействовать с районным отделом по делам молодёжи, органами власти, общественными объединениями. Участвовать в работе комиссий при администрации поселения. Вести личный приём граждан, рассматривать обращения и жалобы. Готовить статистическую, справочную и аналитическую отчётность для главы поселения и районных структур. Размещать информацию о деятельности отдела на сайте поселения, информационных стендах, в СМИ.
