Помогать подопечному в повседневных делах: умывании, одевании, гигиене и посещении туалета, бережно и уважительно относиться к его потребностям. Готовить простую еду и помогать с приемом пищи с учетом согласованного рациона. Помогать безопасно передвигаться, вставать и ложиться, сопровождать на прогулках с учетом состояния подопечного. Поддерживать порядок в комнате, менять постельное и нательное белье, выполнять согласованные бытовые поручения. Общаться с подопечным, поддерживать его и помогать соблюдать привычный распорядок дня. Напоминать о приеме назначенных врачом лекарств. Замечать изменения самочувствия, сообщать родственникам и координатору; при резком ухудшении вызывать скорую помощь. Медицинские манипуляции в обязанности не входят. Своевременно выходить на согласованные смены, поддерживать связь с координатором и передавать семье краткий ежедневный отчет о самочувствии подопечного и выполненной работе.

Ответственность и пунктуальность: соблюдение графика, своевременное предупреждение о невозможности выйти на смену. Терпение, доброжелательность и уважительное отношение к пожилым людям, их привычкам и личным границам. Аккуратность, чистоплотность и соблюдение правил гигиены. Готовность к бытовому уходу, включая помощь с личной гигиеной подопечного. Умение спокойно общаться с родственниками, выполнять согласованные поручения и взаимодействовать с координатором. Соблюдение конфиденциальности: запрет на передачу личных сведений и публикацию фотографий подопечного без согласия. Умение пользоваться смартфоном и мессенджерами для подтверждения выхода на смену и отправки кратких отчетов. Готовность пройти собеседование, проверку документов и обучение правилам сервиса. Рекомендации с предыдущих мест работы приветствуются.
