The posting

Анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятий с целью оценки кредитоспособности и платёжеспособности, выявления рисков по сделке и разработки мер по их минимизации. Проведение переговоров с клиентами, структурирование сделок, консультирование по программам Фонда. Работа с залоговым имуществом: идентификация объектов, анализ отчётов об оценке, оформление обременений (взаимодействие с Росреестром, нотариальной палатой и иными уполномоченными органами). Подготовка кредитно-обеспечительной документации. Взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями на всех этапах рассмотрения сделок. Подготовка и оформление материалов для вынесения заявок на рассмотрение уполномоченным органам. Работа в офисе с возможностью выездов на предприятия при анализе и согласовании сделок.

Высшее образование по специальностям Экономика, Финансы и кредит или смежным направлениям. Опыт работы в сфере кредитования бизнеса не менее 2 лет. Знание основ бухгалтерского учёта: умение читать и интерпретировать бухгалтерскую отчётность (бухгалтерский баланс, отчёт о финансовых результатах ОФР), а также оборотно-сальдовые ведомости (ОСВ). Умение анализировать отчёты об оценке имущества и понимание рисков, связанных с различными видами обеспечения. Базовые знания в области налогового учёта: понимание применяемых систем налогообложения. Навыки деловой переписки и ведения переговоров. Уверенное владение MS Word и MS Excel (уровень опытный пользователь). Навыки финансового анализа. Развитые коммуникативные способности, внимательность к деталям, высокая ответственность и дисциплинированность.
