The posting

Осуществление закупок лекарственных средств и медицинских расходных материалов в соответствии с 44-ФЗ Формирование плана-графика на текущий финансовый год на основании предоставленной информации, а также подготовка изменений для внесения в план-график; размещение в ЕИС плана-графика, а также внесение изменений Подготовка и размещение в ЕИС извещений об осуществлении закупок (конкурентным способом, закупка у единственного поставщика), документации о закупках и проектов контрактов. Работа с электронными площадками АО Сбербанк-АСТ; АО ЕЭТП; РТС-тендер. Рассмотрение заявок и формирование протоколов. Формирование и размещение контрактов по результатам торгов, формирование и размещение дополнительных соглашений, соглашений о расторжении контрактов, электронное актирование, исполнение контракта. Составление и размещение в ЕИС отчета об объеме закупок у СМП и т.д. Подготовка отчетов для руководителя.

Высшее образование - специалитет, магистратура Дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы повышения квалификации /или программы профессиональной переподготовки в сфере закупок. Опыт работы не менее 2-х лет в сфере закупок по 44-ФЗ. Знание и применение в своей деятельности Федерального закона от 05.04.2013 N 44-ФЗ "О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд". Знание принципов контрактной системы в сфере закупок. Знание методов планирования закупок товаров, работ, услуг. Знание методов определения и обоснования начальных максимальных цен контракта (договора). Знание особенностей составления закупочной документации и описания объекта закупки. Опыт в сфере медицины будет Вашим преимуществом.
