Администратор обязан: 1. принять смену согласно следующему распорядку:- проверить готовность к работе всех технических средств (компьютер, кассовый аппарат, телефонные аппараты);- проверить укомплектованность рабочего места канцелярскими принадлежностями, необходимыми для работы с документацией;- информировать врачей смены обо всех записавшихся на прием пациентах. 2. при формировании записи придерживаться следующих правил:- в любой ситуации вести разговор вежливо, корректно, с должным терпением и уважением к собеседнику;- при первичном обращении пациента проводить запись и регистрацию пациента; - в случае невозможности предложить удобное для пациента время посещения врача, обязательно объяснить причину отказа или переноса посещения;- информировать пациента о проводимых рекламных акциях, системе скидок для пациентов; - информировать пациента о расположении клиники, сложностях с парковкой, - в конце разговора с пациентом обязательно поблагодарить его за обращение в клинику. 3. в момент прихода пациента осуществлять следующие действия:- соблюдать правила встречи пациента (доброжелательность, приветливость, желательно приветствовать стоя); - уточнить цель прихода в клинику у нового или незнакомого пациента;- помочь вновь пришедшему пациенту освоиться в окружающей обстановке;- разъяснить пациенту необходимость заполнения медицинской карты; договоров на медицинское обслуживание и других документов, контролировать их заполнение и своевременность обновления. В случае необходимости помочь пациенту. 4 на этапе окончания приема:- произвести расчет и записать пациента на следующий прием;- обязательно попрощаться с уходящим пациентом.

На должность администратора назначается лицо, имеющего медицинское Среднее профессиональное образование - программа подготовки специалистов среднего звена или Высшее медицинское образование - бакалавриат.
