Контроль питания: Составление меню-раскладок с учетом возрастных особенностей детей от 0 до 4 лет Расчет химического состава и калорийности рациона Контроль соблюдения режима питания Работа с продуктами: Проверка качества поступающих продуктов Контроль условий хранения Проверка сроков годности Ведение учета продуктов Санитарный контроль: Контроль соблюдения санитарно-гигиенических норм на пищеблоке Проверка санитарного состояния помещений Контроль личной гигиены работников Организация медицинских осмотров персонала Контроль приготовления пищи: Проведение бракеража готовой продукции Отбор суточных проб Контроль технологии приготовления Проверка норм закладки продуктов Работа с персоналом: Проведение инструктажей по лечебному питанию Контроль работы пищеблока Обучение персонала правилам питания детей раннего возраста Документация: Ведение бракеражных журналов Учет продуктов питания Составление заявок на продукты Оформление необходимой документации Особые обязанности: Контроль введения новых продуктов в рацион Учет индивидуальных особенностей питания детей Мониторинг пищевой переносимости Контроль витаминизации блюд

Допуск к работе. Наличие действующего сертификата специалиста или свидетельства об аккредитации по специальности Диетология . Медицинские осмотры. Прохождение обязательного предварительного медицинского осмотра при приёме на работу. Далее периодические и внеочередные осмотры в установленном порядке. Наличие личной медицинской книжки с актуальными результатами обследований, лабораторными анализами, сведениями о прививках и прохождении профессиональной гигиенической подготовки с допуском. Дополнительные пожелания. Опыт работы в детских учреждениях (особенно с детьми раннего возраста) будет преимуществом. Знание особенностей физиологических потребностей и принципов лечебного питания детей до 4 лет, включая правила введения прикорма и учёт индивидуальных пищевых непереносимостей. Особые требования. Отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью согласно ст. 351.1 ТК РФ. Наличие справки об отсутствии судимости. Знание особенностей питания детей раннего возраста (от 0 до 4 лет). Умение работать с документацией по организации питания в детских учреждениях
