Принимает и сдает дежурство под расписку в журнале передачи. . Проводит размещение и перемещение проживающих в постели. Проводит санитарную обработку, гигиенический уход за проживающими (умывание, обтирание кожных покровов, полоскание полости рта). Оказывает помощь проживающим с недостаточностью самостоятельного ухода при физиологических отправлениях, осуществляет вынос судна или смену памперсов. Проводит кормление проживающих с недостаточностью самостоятельного ухода. Оказывает помощь медицинской сестре в проведении простых диагностических исследований: измерение температуры тела, частоты пульса, артериального давление, частоты дыхательных движений. .Доставляет биологический материал для исследования в лабораторию. Осуществляет смену нательного и постельного белья Транспортирует грязное и чистое белье в соответствии с действующими санитарными нормами. Строго выполняет требования санитарно-эпидемического режима. Проводит ежедневную влажную уборку комнат и других помещений, чистит раковины, ванны, унитазы в закрепленных помещениях с применением специальных чистящих и дезинфицирующих средств. Проводит генеральную уборку закрепленных помещений не реже 1 раза в месяц (согласно графику), с обработкой стен, дверей, полов, оборудования, инвентаря, светильников. Получает хозяйственный инвентарь и моющие средства у старшей медсестры, обеспечивает их правильное хранения и использование. Обеспечивает сохранность, правильное хранение и использование уборочного инвентаря (согласно маркировки). Проводит дезинфекцию уборочного инвентаря. Регулярно в течение смены выносит мусор в мусоросборник в соответствии с классами отходов. 2.20. Осуществляет предпохоронную подготовку тела умершего (полная санитарная подготовка тела умершего - мытье, бритье, подстрегание ногтей, устранение подтеканий, выделений; одевание умершего, укладку тела в гроб; по мере необходимости транспортировку тела в морг. 2.21. Следит за выполнением проживающими и посетителями правил внутреннего распорядка учреждения. Докладывает дежурной медицинской сестре отделения обо всех нарушениях. 2.22. Немедленно сообщает старшей медсестре, дежурной медсестре обо всех замеченных неисправностях в системе отопления, водоснабжения, канализации, освещения, в электроприборах и т.д. 2.23. Участвует в занятиях по санитарному минимуму, технике безопасности и санэпидрежиму, проводимых в отделении для младшего медицинского персонала. 2.24. Периодически проходит медицинские осмотры в соответствии с действующими правилами. 2.25. Обязана иметь опрятный вид, носить спецодежду в соответствии с требованиями санитарно-эпидемиологического режима, строго соблюдать правила этики. 2.26. В отдельных случаях при производственной необходимости по указанию старшей медсестры может быть поручено выполнение других работ не предусмотренных данной должностной инструкцией.
