Базовые обязанности: Анализирует риски. Выявляет, где у компании слабые места (в защите, процессах, людях), и предлагает, как их закрыть. Организует физическую безопасность. Выстраивает контрольно-пропускной режим, настраивает системы видеонаблюдения, СКУД (системы контроля доступа), следит за соблюдением правил на территории и в помещениях. Работает с информацией. Разрабатывает политики информационной безопасности, контролирует доступ к данным, предотвращает утечки, обучает сотрудников. Занимается кадровой безопасностью. Проверяет соискателей (подлинность документов, биография, связи), оценивает благонадёжность действующих сотрудников, помогает разрешать конфликты, проводит внутренние расследования. Также участвует в проверке контрагентов. Расследует инциденты. Разбирается в фактах нарушений, хищений, конфликтов интересов собирает факты, выявляет причины, чтобы не допустить повтора. Взаимодействует. Сотрудничает с охранными агентствами, правоохранительными органами, надзорными инстанциями. Обучает и консультирует. Проводит инструктажи, помогает другим подразделениям выстроить процессы безопасности. Участвует в кризисном управлении. Разрабатывает планы действий на случай ЧС (пожар, авария, кибератака), организует тренировки.

Знание законодательства. Нужно разбираться в законах, которые касаются безопасности - чтобы все меры были законными. Работа с техническими средствами безопасности. Понимание, как устроены и как используются системы видеонаблюдения, СКУД (системы контроля и управления доступом), охранная и пожарная сигнализация, средства биометрии. Методы проверки людей и контрагентов. Основы информационной безопасности. Базовые представления о защите данных, контроле доступа, предотвращении утечек, работе с регламентами ИБ. В некоторых компаниях это отдельный профиль, но даже универсальному специалисту полезно понимать ключевые риски. Проведение служебных расследований. Навык фиксировать факты, собирать доказательства, оформлять акты и отчёты, выстраивать хронологию событий так, чтобы выводы были юридически обоснованными. Документооборот и регламенты. Умение разрабатывать и вести внутренние документы. Оценка рисков и управление ими. Личностные качества: грамотность, доброжелательность, психологическая устойчивость, умение быстро вникать в ситуацию.
