Организует труд среднего и младшего медицинского персонала детского эндокринологического отделения и контролирует выполнение им своих обязанностей. Обеспечивает условия для работы врачей-специалистов и общий порядок в отделении, контролирует наличие у врачей необходимых бланков.Проводит мероприятия по рациональной организации труда среднего и младшего медицинского персонала.Обеспечивает правильность расстановки кадров среднего и младшего медицинского персонала, с прикреплением каждого из них к определённым объектам обслуживания.Контролирует своевременное и точное выполнение назначений врача-специалиста медицинской сестрой процедурной и медицинскими сёстрами палатными путём проведения регулярных обходов отделения.Ведёт ежедневный учёт поступления, перевода, выписки детей и матерей, а также движения детей внутри отделения и ежедневный учёт посещаемости. Контролирует выполнение персоналом установленного режима дня отделения и соблюдение противоэпидемических мероприятий. Контролирует выполнение лечебно-охранительного, санитарно-гигиенического и санитарно-эпидемиологического режимов в отделении. Обеспечивает и строго контролирует соблюдение правил асептики и антисептики персоналом отделения, особенно в процедурных, манипуляционных кабинетах и т. д. Обеспечивает систематическое пополнение отделения медицинским инструментарием, аппаратурой, медикаментами, предметами ухода за больными, дезинфицирующими средствами. Обеспечивает их распределение и контролирует их учет, хранение и использование.Ведение, учет и хранение медицинской документации, в том числе в форме электронного документа. Составляет требования в аптеку на необходимые медикаменты за подписью заведующего отделением, получает в аптеке медикаменты в соответствие с требованиями. Обеспечивает правильность хранения и учёт сильнодействующих, ядовитых и особо дефицитных медикаментов. Ведёт необходимую учётно-отчётную документацию.
