Техник должен выполнять следующие должностные обязанности: -участвовать в выполнении работ по организационному и техническому обеспечению эксплуатации здания и энергетического оборудования колледжа под руководством заместителя директора по административно-хозяйственной работе и с участием обслуживающей организации. - осуществлять сбор, обработку, систематизацию первичных данных, выполнять необходимые расчетные операции, подготавливать итоговые и промежуточные таблицы, графики по учитываемым, планируемым и анализируемым показателям, сводную техническую и статистическую отчетность, отдельные разделы годового отчета о деятельности организации электроэнергетики. -осуществлять обходы и осмотры оборудования, снятие показаний со стационарных приборов учета или проведение замеров с помощью средств измерения, вести соответствующую документацию. -участвовать в выполнении диагностических и наладочных работ на оборудовании, осуществлять настройку отдельных элементов оборудования и устройств, регистрировать полученные в процессе выполнения работ данные, проводить их обработку, оформлять протоколы и другие итоговые документы. -по распоряжению руководства вносить изменения и дополнения в оперативные схемы, чертежи, нормативные и методические документы, вести технические паспорта и журналы учета. -проводить учет, подготавливать справки о ходе выполнения утвержденных планов и графиков. -проводить плановые осмотры имущества с целью установления возможных причин возникновения дефектов и выработки мер по их устранению. -под руководством заместителя директора по административно-хозяйственной работе организовывать ремонтные работы в здании с необходимой периодичностью, требуемые для эффективной эксплуатации, контролировать проведение ремонта, готовить необходимую документацию для согласования. -под руководством заместителя директора по административно-хозяйственной работе инициировать ремонтные работы внутри здания, обусловленные неисправностями по причине неправильной эксплуатации имущества. -оценивать готовность здания к эксплуатации в осенне-зимний период и определять объемы работ по проведению ремонта и восстановления работоспособности помещений. -контролировать работы по подготовке к сезонной эксплуатации здания, его элементов и систем. -отслеживать качество и сроки выполнения подрядной организацией работ по ремонту здания. -оформлять актами результаты осмотров состояния общего имущества. - своевременно проходить обучение по допущению к работам в электроустановках напряжением до 1000В (4 группа по электробезопасности).
