Организация образовательного процесса. Планирование и проведение занятий в рамках реализуемой программы (кружка, секции, студии). Комплектация групп с учётом психофизического состояния детей, подборка форм, методов и средств обучения, опираясь на психолого-педагогические особенности конкретного ребёнка. Коррекционно-развивающая работа. Использование специальных приёмов: дробление многоступенчатых инструкций, наглядные опоры, поэтапное предъявление материала, индивидуальную помощь (стимулирующую, направляющую, обучающую). Разработка программ и материалов. Участие в создании рабочих программ, подборка дидактических материалов, инструкций (например, для работ с использованием колющих или режущих инструментов), адаптация содержания под возможности детей. Анализ и оценка результатов. Систематический контроль за освоением программы, анализ динамики достижений. Взаимодействие с другими специалистами. Обеспечение тесного сотрудничества с учителями, воспитателями, психологами, логопедами, дефектологами. Работа с родителями. Консультирование родителей (законных представителей) по вопросам применения специальных методов и приёмов дома, оказание помощи в создании развивающей среды, участие в родительских собраниях, организация совместных мероприятий. Обеспечение безопасности. Соблюдение правил охраны труда и пожарной безопасности во время занятий, проведение инструктажей, контроль безопасности используемого оборудования и наглядных средств. Сохранение контингента и мотивация. Принятие мер для удержания детей: создание ситуации успеха, использование игровых и творческих форм, помощь ребёнку найти свою деятельность. Организация досуговой деятельности. Планирование и проведение досуговых мероприятий (концертов, выставок, соревнований), помощь детям в участии в массовых событиях школы и за её пределами. Методическая работа. Участие в работе методических объединений. Документирование. Ведение журналов учёта занятий, составление отчётов, заполнение других форм отчётности.

Умения и навыки соискателя: Разработка и адаптация программ. Умение составлять дополнительные общеобразовательные программы с учётом особых образовательных потребностей детей, а также модифицировать их под конкретного ребёнка. Планирование занятий. Продумывание структуры занятия: подбор форм (индивидуальные и групповые формы, экскурсии, соревнования, общественно полезные практики), подбор методов и приёмов с учётом особенностей группы. Применение специальных технологий. Владение психолого-педагогическими технологиями, методами и приёмами, которые целенаправленно развивают те или иные сферы (например, коммуникативные навыки, познавательную деятельность). Использование вспомогательных средств. Умение подбирать и применять специальные образовательные ресурсы, включая ассистивные технологии (для детей с нарушениями речи или слуха). Анализ эффективности. Систематический анализ того, как прошло занятие, какие методы сработали, а какие нет, и корректировка плана на этой основе.
