В специализированных отраслях (банки, микрофинансовые организации, медицинские или строительные компании) наличие профильного высшего образования и аттестаций обязательно по закону. Опыт работы: Стаж работы на руководящих должностях от 3 5 лет (зависит от масштаба бизнеса). Системное мышление: Способность видеть бизнес целиком, связывая между собой процессы, финансы и ответственность команды. Управленческая зрелость: Умение делегировать задачи, выстраивать KPI и контролировать результат. Финансовая грамотность: Понимание основ управленческого и бухгалтерского учета, бюджетирования и умение работать с платежным календарем. Навыки лидерства и коммуникации: Умение вести переговоры, разрешать конфликты и принимать решения в стрессовых ситуациях
