Должностные обязанности: 1) извещение участников процесса и других лиц о времени и месте судебного разбирательства, направление копий исковых заявлений; 2) подготовка запросов и писем, осуществление контроля за поступлением документов, истребованных мировым судьей по делу; 3) подготовка и вывешивание списков дел, назначенных к рассмотрению в судебном заседании; 4) проверка явки лиц, вызванных в судебное заседание, отметка в повестках времени их нахождения на участке мирового судьи; 5) вызов в судебное заседание участников процесса и свидетелей; 6) принятие мер для обеспечения явки участников процесса в судебное заседание; 7) ведение и оформление протоколов судебных заседаний, в том числе с использованием средств аудиозаписи (аудиопротоколирования), ознакомление с ними участников процесса по их ходатайствам; 8) осуществление контроля за использованием в ходе судебного заседания средств аудио- и (или) видеозаписи, иных технических средств; 9) осуществление контроля за поступлением документов, истребованных мировым судьей по делу; 10) ознакомление участников процесса с материалами дела по их ходатайствам; 11) ознакомление, вручение (направление) лицам, участвующим в деле, иным лицам копий судебных актов; 12) по распоряжению мирового судьи на основании письменного ходатайства лиц, участвующих в деле, их представителей и за их счет изготовление копий документов, протокола и (или) копий аудиозаписи судебного заседания; 13) осуществление контроля по делам, рассмотрение которых отложено или приостановлено; 14) отметка в журнале учета дел, назначенных к рассмотрению в судебном заседании, о результатах их рассмотрения; 15) оформление (подшивка, нумерация листов, составление описи) гражданских, уголовных дел и административных материалов после их рассмотрения; 16) выписка исполнительных листов по делам, решения по которым подлежат немедленному исполнению; 17) участие в формировании и сдаче в архив законченных дел и документов, а также отборе и уничтожении материалов, сроки хранения по которым истекли; 18) размещение предусмотренной законодательством информации о деятельности мирового судьи на официальном сайте в сети Интернет в соответствии с Регламентом размещения информации о деятельности мировых судей Калининградской области в сети Интернет; 19) выполнение канцелярской и другой работы, не предусмотренной настоящим регламентом, порученной мировым судьей, Руководителем (директором) Агентства или начальником отдела; 20) исполнение в случае необходимости (болезнь, отпуск, иные случаи длительного отсутствия) обязанностей иных сотрудников судебного участка.
