The posting

1. Управление ассортиментом (матрица и структура). - Формирование и регулярная актуализация товарной матрицы для розничных точек на основе аналитики продаж, ТОП-автомобилей региона и сезонности. - Проведение ABC/XYZ-анализа для выявления ключевых (локомотивы), поддерживающих и проблемных позиций. - Разработка предложений по вводу новых SKU и выводу неликвидов ("мертвых" позиций). Контроль за глубиной ассортимента (чтобы не было пересорта). - Создание и внедрение товарных комплектов для увеличения среднего чека. 2. Экономика категории и ценообразование. - Ответственность за валовую прибыль категории и оборачиваемость товарных запасов (в днях). - Разработка ценовой архитектуры в рамках стратегии сети: а) Формирование пула трафикообразующих товаров (конкурентные цены). б) Формирование пула маржинальных товаров (товары для заработка). - Мониторинг конкурентных цен на фокусные позиции, подготовка предложений по ценовой коррекции для баланса спроса и маржинальности. 3. Товарное планирование и управление запасами. - Расчет оптимального товарного запаса (min/max остатки) для предотвращения дефицита или затоваривания. - Участие в нормировании складских остатков совместно с логистикой/закупками. - Инициирование и контроль за перемещением товаров между точками для оптимизации остатков. 4. Продвижение и фокус (в связке с маркетингом). - Определение фокусных групп товаров для промо-акций, сезонных предложений. - Формирование технического задания для маркетинга: какие товары выделять на полках, какие ценники менять, какие комплекты продвигать. - Анализ эффективности проведенных акций (рост продаж, прирост маржи, возврат инвестиций). 5. Аналитика и отчетность. - Ведение регулярной отчетности по KPI категории (доходность, оборачиваемость, доля неликвидов). - Еженедельный мониторинг просадок по ключевым позициям (дефицит, падение продаж).

1. Профессиональные компетенции: - Аналитика: Уверенное владение Excel (сводные таблицы, ВПР), 1С, понимание BI-систем. Умение работать с большими массивами данных. - Управление ассортиментом: Знание методов ABC/XYZ-анализа, принципов формирования матрицы, работа с неликвидами. - Ценообразование: Понимание ценовой эластичности, умение строить ценовую архитектуру (трафик vs маржа). 2. Личные качества: - Структурированность: Способность наводить порядок в хаосе данных. - Ответственность: Понимание, что его решения влияют на деньги компании. - Коммуникабельность: Умение аргументировать свою позицию перед закупками, розницей и руководством (навык переговорщика без "дружбы"). - Стрессоустойчивость: Способность отстаивать экономическую эффективность перед давлением "хотелок" продаж или закупок. 3. Опыт работы: от 2-х лет в категорийном менеджменте, закупках или аналитике товародвижения (желательно в ритейле, дистрибуции).График работы: 5/2 с 9.00 до 18.00
