Необходимые умения: 2.1. Определять объемы и виды предстоящих работ по обслуживанию элементов внешнего благоустройства придомовой территории. 2.2. Определять сроки и интенсивность полива тротуаров, клумб, газонов и зеленых насаждений 2.3. Применять средства малой механизации в работах при обслуживании элементов внешнего благоустройства придомовой территории 2.4. Подбирать моющие составы для промывки и дезинфекции установленных на придомовой территории урн 2.5. Соблюдать требования технической документации, определяющей периодичность и уровень качества выполняемых работ Необходимые знания: - Нормы и правила обслуживания элементов внешнего благоустройства придомовой территории; - Планировка и границы уборки закрепленной придомовой территории; - Требования к санитарному состоянию придомовой территории; - Стандартный набор инвентаря, средств механизации, индивидуальной защиты и расходных материалов для производства работ; -Требования охраны труда, производственной санитарии, пожарной и промышленной безопасности при производстве работ; - Свойства моющих средств и правила пользования ими; - Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка.

3.1. Убирать закрепленную территорию. 3.2.Осматривать рабочую территорию, проверять колодцы на предмет закрытия крышками, ограждение ям, траншей, отсутствие острых предметов (проволоки, арматуры, битого стекла). 3.3.Вызывать аварийные службы при выявлении признаков утечки газа, прорыва трубопроводов. 3.4.Информировать непосредственного начальника о ситуации, которая угрожает жизни здоровью, о каждом происшествии на территории уборки. 3.5.Очищать и дезинфицировать урны, места их установки. 3.6.Очищать крышки газовых, канализационных, пожарных колодцев. 3.7.Осматривать емкости, удалять из них мусор. 3.8.Включать и выключать освещение на закрепленной территории. 3.9.Очищать канавки, лотки для стока воды. 3.10.Очищать территорию, проезды и тротуары от снега, мелкого бытового мусора. 3.11.Посыпать территорию песком после выпадения снега. 3.12.Удалять лед и снег, собирать их в установленных местах. 3.13.Наносить противогололедные средства на тротуары, лестничные сходы. 3.14.Обрабатывать емкости для пищевых отходов и мусора дезинфицирующими средствами.
