The posting

Ведение кадрового делопроизводства в полном объёме: оформление приёма, перевода, увольнения работников в соответствии с ТК РФ и локальными актами. Ведение и хранение трудовых книжек (бумажных и электронных), формирование и актуализация личных дел сотрудников. Учёт отпусков, ведение графика отпусков, оформление приказов на отпуск, командировку. Ведение табеля учёта рабочего времени, контроль соблюдения трудовой дисциплины. Подготовка кадровых документов и отчётности для СФР (в т.ч. ЕФС‑1), Росстата, иных госорганов. Внесение данных по персоналу в 1С:ЗУП/1С:Кадры, поддержание базы в актуальном состоянии. Консультирование сотрудников по кадровым вопросам (оформление документов, отпуска, больничные, смена персональных данных и т.п.). Подготовка справок, выписок, копий кадровых документов по запросам работников и контролирующих органов. Участие в подготовке локальных нормативных актов по кадровой работе (ПВТР, положения, регламенты). Контроль соблюдения требований законодательства о персональных данных при работе с кадровой документацией.

Образование: высшее или среднее профессиональное (желательно профильное управление персоналом, юриспруденция, экономика). Опыт работы в кадровом делопроизводстве: от 1 года (для бюджетных учреждений желательно). Знание трудового законодательства РФ, порядка ведения кадрового учёта, отчётности в СФР. Уверенный пользователь ПК: MS Office, 1С (ЗУП/Кадры), ЭДО, портал Госуслуг/Работа в России. Внимательность, аккуратность, умение работать с большим объёмом документов, соблюдение сроков.
