Общее руководство финансово-хозяйственной и юридической деятельностью юридической компании (микропредприятие). Организация процесса оказания правовых услуг клиентам компании. Разработка правовой стратегии для защиты интересов клиентов, консультирование по сложным юридическим вопросам. Проведение правовой экспертизы корпоративных документов, коммерческих договоров. Стратегическое управление международными и российскими правовыми проектами компании. Организация и ведение сложных коммерческих переговоров на немецком и английском языках с иностранными партнерами и инвесторами. Координация взаимодействия с европейскими юридическими институтами и ведение практики в области международного и европейского права Представление интересов компании и её клиентов в судах и государственных органах. Контроль за соблюдением законодательства РФ в текущей работе организации. Выстраивание партнерских отношений и ведение переговоров с ключевыми клиентами и контрагентами. Подбор, обучение и координация работы персонала компании опыт ведения лекций, проведения семинаров, в чтении докладов на русском, немецком и английском языках, опыт в составлении комментариев и статей по специальности на русском, немецком и английском языках

Образование: Высшее юридическое. Обязательно одновременное наличие двух высших образований по специальности Юриспруденция российского и зарубежного (европейского/международного образца). Опыт работы: Не менее 15 лет на руководящих должностях в сфере права, строго в качестве Управляющего партнера (Managing Partner) юридической фирмы или адвокатского бюро. Приветствуется знание английского и немецкого языков для ведения профессиональной деятельности, составления сложных юридических документов и проведения переговоров без привлечения переводчиков
