The posting

Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением действующего экологического законодательства, инструкций, стандартов и нормативов по охране окружающей среды. Участвовать в проведении экологической экспертизы технико-экономических обоснований, проектов расширения и реконструкции действующих производств, а также создаваемых новых технологий и оборудования, разработке мероприятий по внедрению новой техники. Принимать участие в проведении научно-исследовательских и опытных работ по предотвращению загрязнения окружающей среды, выбросов вредных веществ в атмосферу, уменьшению или полной ликвидации технологических отходов, рациональному использованию земельных и водных ресурсов. Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением технологических режимов природоохранных объектов, анализирует их работу, следит за соблюдением экологических стандартов и нормативов, за состоянием окружающей среды. Составлять технологические регламенты, графики аналитического контроля, паспорта, инструкции и другую техническую документацию. Организовывать и осуществлять контроль за правильным ведением технической документации, предусмотренной стандартами, правилами и другими нормативными документами по вопросам охраны окружающей среды. Оформлять и продлевать разрешительную документацию. Взаимодействовать с местными и региональными органами исполнительной власти, обеспечивающими регулирование и контроль исполнения требований природоохранного и лесного законодательства. Составлять установленную отчетность: декларация НВОС, 2ТП-Воздух, 2ТП-Отходы, 4ОС и др.

Высшее профильное образование, опыт работы не менее 1 года, либо высшее образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование, профессиональная переподготовка в области охраны окружающей среды, опыт работы не менее 3 лет; Знание природоохранного законодательства РФ, нормативных и методических материалов, профессиональные навыки использования специализированных программных продуктов Личный кабинет природопользователя, 1-С охрана труда и экология; Грамотная устная и письменная речь, развитые коммуникативные навыки. Ответственность, самостоятельность, инициативность, пунктуальность, внимательность, стрессоустойчивость. Умение работать в режиме многозадачности и оперативность.
