Ведение табеля отработанного времени. (распределением персонала по сменам). Оформление распоряжений по изменению графиков сменности. Составление графика отпусков. Контроль ежегодных оплачиваемых отпусков. Контроль прохождения предсменных и послесменных медицинских осмотров. Контроль прохождения в срок периодических медицинских осмотров ( приказ 29Н, 428) Назначение КИП РЖД, работа с машинистом инструктором РЖД, контроль выполнения КИП. Участие в принятии экзаменов по ПТЭ внутренний (ежегодный). Составление заявок на обучение и участие в проведении аттестации персонала на получение свидетельства на выезд на пути РЖД. Контроль ОТ при выполнении работ. Контроль выполнения персоналом требований ПТЭ при выполнении работе. Обновление списков, подаваемых в РЖД Контроль за внесением в базу данных РЖД работников имеющих право на выезд на пути РЖД

Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы на должностях, связанных с движением поездов, не менее 1 года или среднее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы на должностях, связанных с движением поездов, не менее 3 лет.
