- Руководство направлениями архитектуры и благоустройства: · Управление архитектурно-строительным проектированием и благоустройством. · Координация ГИПов, ГАПов и руководителей производственных подразделений. · Контроль исполнения государственного задания, сроков и планируемых результатов. Планирование и приоритизация · Формирование приоритетов по объектам совместно с директором и первым заместителем. · Распределение ограниченных производственных ресурсов с учётом приоритетов и сроков. · Ведение единой управленческой картины по портфелю: объект, приоритет, ГИП, контрольные точки, блокеры, прогноз. Контроль сроков и отчётность · Организация еженедельного управленческого цикла: план, факт, отклонения, прогноз. · Эскалация рисков до наступления срока, а не после. · Подготовка сводной отчётности для руководства и вышестоящих органов Работа с изменениями и экспертизой · Фиксация изменений задания и требований заказчика. · Оценка влияния изменений на сроки, стоимость и объём работ. · Организация прохождения экспертизы и устранение замечаний. Работа с объектами культурного наследия · Организация проектных работ по сохранению ОКН. · Согласования с органами охраны объектов культурного наследия. · Организация историко-культурной экспертизы. Работа с подрядчиками· Привлечение внешних исполнителей и контроль их работы Работа с персоналом · Подготовка предложений по загрузке, численности и составу подразделений. · Оценка работы подчинённых по результату, срокам и качеству Работа с подрядчиками · Привлечение внешних исполнителей и контроль их работы

Образование · Высшее техническое, архитектурное или строительное. Опыт · Главный инженер проекта — не менее 5 лет. · Руководящая работа в проектных организациях — не менее 5 лет. · Управление коллективом от 10 человек. · Прохождение государственной экспертизы. · Работа с объектами культурного наследия — приветствуется. Знания · Нормативная база в градостроительстве, проектировании и сохранении ОКН. · Состав и требования к проектной и рабочей документации. · Порядок прохождения экспертизы, изысканий и согласований. · Порядок исполнения государственного задания и отчётности. Навыки · Стратегическое и оперативное управление. · Планирование и распределение ресурсов. · Координация взаимодействия между подразделениями. · Анализ рисков и принятие решений. · Системный подход и аналитическая работа. · Работа в условиях ограниченных ресурсов. Дополнительно · Наличие сведений в Национальном реестре специалистов НОПРИЗ — обязательно.

Условия: Оплата труда по ТК Трудоустройство по ТК РФ (срочный трудовой договор на 1 год, продлевается по итогам работы) Дополнительный оплачиваемый отпуск за ненормированный рабочий день. График работы 5/2:Рабочий день с 8.30 до 17.30 (пятница до 16.30) Офис в центре г. Ярославля Компенсация аренды жилья (сотрудникам из других регионов)
