Обязанности: Руководство бюро: распределение задач между технологами-программистами и нормировщиками, контроль сроков и качества работы; Разработка и контроль разработки управляющих программ для токарных и фрезерных станков с ЧПУ в SprutCAM и FeatureCAM; Выбор металлорежущего инструмента, оснастки и схем базирования, назначение режимов резания; Сопровождение запуска новых деталей: помощь операторам в наладке, отладка программ на станке, оптимизация времени цикла; Контроль первой детали из партии, анализ причин несоответствий и их устранение; Расчёт и пересмотр норм времени на операции, контроль выполнения норм; Взаимодействие с цехами, ОТК, конструкторским и технологическим отделами; Обучение и консультирование операторов и наладчиков станков с ЧПУ; Ведение и актуализация библиотеки инструмента и архива управляющих программ.

Программирование и технология обработки на станках с ЧПУ Высшее техническое образование (технология машиностроения, металлорежущие станки и инструменты, автоматизация производства); Опыт разработки управляющих программ для станков с ЧПУ от 5 лет, из них не менее 1 года в роли руководителя группы, бюро или ведущего специалиста; Уверенное программирование токарной и фрезерной обработки, включая ручное программирование в G-кодах; Опыт работы в CAM-системах SprutCAM и/или FeatureCAM (опыт в других CAM-системах при готовности быстро освоить используемые); Знание систем ЧПУ Fanuc и Балтсистем (NC-210), умение адаптировать постпроцессоры и программы под конкретную стойку; Отличное знание металлорежущего инструмента: выбор инструмента и пластин под материал и тип обработки, назначение режимов резания, понимание причин износа и поломок, опыт работы с каталогами ведущих производителей; Знание оснастки и способов базирования и закрепления деталей; Практический опыт наладки станков с ЧПУ: привязка инструмента и детали, отладка программ на станке, оптимизация времени цикла; Умение читать чертежи любой сложности, знание допусков и посадок, шероховатостей, допусков формы и расположения; Опыт контроля первой детали: владение универсальным измерительным инструментом, понимание методов контроля, умение анализировать причины брака и устранять их корректировкой программы, инструмента или режимов. Нормирование труда Знание методов технического нормирования (расчётно-аналитический метод, хронометраж); Умение рассчитывать нормы времени на операции с ЧПУ с учётом основного, вспомогательного и подготовительно-заключительного времени; Опыт работы с общемашиностроительными нормативами. Управленческие навыки Опыт руководства коллективом технологов-программистов, распределения и контроля задач; Умение выстраивать взаимодействие с операторами, мастерами, ОТК и конструкторами; Ответственность, системность, готовность оперативно решать проблемы на производстве. Будет плюсом: Опыт работы на многоцелевых и токарно-фрезерных обрабатывающих центрах; Опыт обучения операторов и наладчиков; Опыт внедрения инструментальных стандартов и библиотек инструмента в CAM; Опыт работы с КИМ.
