Организовывать работу отдела информационных технологий в ходе проектирования, разработки, внедрения и развития программно аппаратных комплексов информационной системы Организации. Обеспечивать внедрение современных программных и аппаратных комплексов информационных систем Организации, осуществлять надзор за выполнением работ. Планировать и обосновывать затраты на проектирование, пуско-наладку оборудования, разработку и внедрение программных и аппаратных комплексов обработки информации и хранения данных. Осуществлять надзор за соблюдением внутренних стандартов Организации, обеспечением единого подхода к обработке информации и хранению данных, построением технической инфраструктуры, обслуживанием вычислительной техники и обеспечением информационной безопасности. Контролировать закупки технических средств и программного обеспечения для нужд Организации, осуществлять проработку предложений поставщиков, контролировать качество, объем и сроки выполняемых работ и поставок оборудования. Обеспечивать выполнение организационных, методических и технических мероприятий по защите информации. Осуществлять контроль за формированием политики информационной безопасности. Обеспечивать должный порядок и эксплуатацию производственных помещений, безусловное выполнение требований по охране труда и технике безопасности, пожарной и газовой безопасности, производственной санитарии сотрудниками отдела; немедленно пресекать все случаи нарушения дисциплины, действующих правил.
