Руководство группой технического надзора. Выдача работникам группы технического надзора производственных заданий, контроль за их выполнением, определение выполненных объёмов работ и оценивает качество труда исполнителей. Контроль за соблюдением технологической последовательности СМР, специфики производства, номенклатуры смонтированных конструкций, норм складирования и хранения материалов и изделий. Контроль за ведением исполнительной документации. Контроль и приемка завершенных видов работ на строительном объекте с целью предотвращения выполнения работ, не соответствующих требованиям стандартов, технических условий, чертежно-конструкторской, технологической и нормативно-технической документации. Подготовка соответствующих документов о результатах проверок для рассмотрения вопросов улучшения качества строительных работ на объектах, участие в их обсуждении и разработке мероприятий по устранению допущенных нарушений. Выдача заключений о качестве производства всех видов строительно-монтажных работ на сдающемся объекте. Участие в комиссионном осмотре строительного объекта по вопросам качества и передачи его в эксплуатацию. Выявление нарушений в процессе строительства, подготовка предписаний в адрес субподрядных организаций и строительных участков. В случае неисполнения требований по предписаниям, подготовка писем на штрафные санкции согласно договорам субподряда. Участие в приемке передачи фронтов работ от субподрядчика представителю Генподрядчика по строящимся объектам.

Руководитель группы должен обладать высокой ответственностью, умением принимать решения в сложных ситуациях, навыками управления группой и коммуникативными навыками. Поддержка принятия управленческих решений. Уверенный пользователь ПК. Знание программ: 1C, Word, Outlook.
