Численность Службы охраны труда 6 специалистов. Формирует и контролирует фактическое исполнение утвержденных лимитов финансового обеспечения деятельности Службы. Обеспечивает качественную подготовку и своевременное представление непосредственному руководителю информации по вопросам работы Службы. Представляет непосредственному руководителю предложения по совершенствованию работы Службы. Организовывает и координирует работу по ОТ в учреждении. Организует, планирует, участвует в разработке и осуществляет контроль за функционированием системы управления ОТ и оценки профессиональных рисков в учреждении в соответствии с нормативными требованиями ОТ. Организовывает контроль за соблюдением в структурных подразделениях требований нормативных правовых актов по ОТ, проведением профилактической работы по предупреждению производственного травматизма и профессиональных заболеваний, выполнением мероприятий, направленных на создание здоровых и безопасных условий труда в учреждении, а также предоставлением работникам установленных компенсаций по условиям труда. Информирует работников учреждения о состоянии условий и охраны труда на рабочих местах, существующих профессиональных рисках, о полагающихся работникам компенсациях за тяжелую работу, работу с вредными и (или) опасными условиями труда и иными особыми условиями труда и средствах индивидуальной защиты. Информирует работников учреждения о мерах по защите от воздействия опасных и вредных производственных факторов.

Разработка, согласование и актуализация проектов локальных нормативных актов, содержащих требования по обеспечению безопасных условий, охраны труда и обеспечивающие создание и функционирование системы охраны труда в учреждении; Организация проведения анализа состояния условий и охраны труда в учреждении с участием представителей выборного органа первичной профсоюзной организации. Организация и проведение обучения по охране труда, по оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим, по использованию (применении) средств индивидуальной защиты для работников учреждения; Подготовка предложений по распределению полномочий, ответственности, обязанностей по вопросам управления охраной труда, ОПР. Организация государственных закупок по охране труда в соответствии с 44-ФЗ Подготовка проектов технических заданий (описаний закупки) для заключения контрактов; Координация процесса и оказание методической помощи в организации работ по охране труда в структурных подразделениях учреждения; Организация финансового обеспечения предупредительных мер за счет сумм страховых взносов в Социальный фонд России; Контроль допуска подрядных организаций к производству работ на объекты учреждения; Организация и контроль проведения обязательных медицинских осмотров (освидетельствований), обязательных психиатрических освидетельствований, химико-токсикологических исследований работников учреждения;
