Команда развития инфраструктуры ищет куратора по надзору за строительством. Коллектив отвечает за обустройство, ремонт и строительство объектов недвижимости банка. Чем предстоит заниматься: анализировать информацию о жалобах и обращениях сервис-менеджеров и пользователей объекта формировать и проверять предложения для адресного плана РМТБ на соответствие решениям коллегий и внутренним нормам банка проводить техническую экспертизу объектов недвижимости с выездом на объекты подготавливать предложения по включению альтернативных объектов в адресный план согласовывать технические задания с внутренними службами банка и вносить необходимые корректировки контролировать разработку проектно-сметной документации подрядчиками проверять проведение строительных работ на объектах банка с контролем сроков и качества. Ждём от кандидата: образование среднее специальное или высшее техническое (ПГС) опыт работы с Градостроительным кодексом РФ умение взаимодействовать между различными подразделениями банка навыки координации строительных работ способность разрабатывать проектно-технические документы понимание процессов управления строительными проектами владение навыками работы с проектной и сметной документацией знания принципов строительного ценообразования знание современных стандартов и регламентов отрасли наличие автомобиля будет преимуществом будет плюсом: умение эффективно применять современные технологии и нейросети в ежедневной деятельности.
