Технические навыки и знания Понимание принципов работы котельного оборудования. Нужно знать устройство паровых и водогрейных котлов, насосов, вентиляторов, дымососов, горелок, теплообменников и как эти узлы взаимодействуют в общей системе. Работа с контрольно‑измерительными приборами и автоматикой (КИПиА). Оператор считывает показания манометров, термометров, уровнемеров, расходомеров, отслеживает сигналы систем автоматики и сигнализации. В современных котельных ещё и работа с цифровыми панелями и SCADA‑системами. Умение регулировать режимы работы котла. Поддержание нужных параметров: давления, температуры, уровня воды, соотношения топливо воздух . Это напрямую влияет на эффективность и безопасность. Знание основ теплотехники, гидравлики и водно‑химического режима. Понимание, как теплоноситель движется по системе, как образуются накипь и коррозия, как правильно делать продувку котлов и контролировать качество воды. Чтение технической документации и схем. Технологические схемы обвязки котлов, паспорта оборудования, инструкции по эксплуатации, регламенты пуска/остановки и аварийных действий. Навыки выявления и устранения мелких неисправностей. Диагностика по косвенным признакам (шум, вибрация, отклонения параметров), локализация проблемы, выполнение мелкого ремонта и участие в ППР (планово‑предупредительных ремонтах). Владение процедурами пуска, нормальной эксплуатации и аварийной остановки котлов. Чёткое следование инструкциям, знание последовательности операций и критических точек контроля. Соблюдение норм промышленной, пожарной и электробезопасности. Знание требований Ростехнадзора, правил работы на опасных производственных объектах, наличие нужной группы по электробезопасности (обычно не ниже III для установок до 1000 В). Ведение оперативной документации. Грамотное заполнение сменных журналов, фиксация показаний, отклонений, выполненных работ, передачи смены. Практические умения, которые проверяют на рабочем месте Растопка и остановка котла по регламенту, в том числе в ручном режиме при отказе автоматики. Регулировка подачи топлива и воздуха в зависимости от нагрузки и качества топлива. Контроль и корректировка водно‑химического режима: отбор проб, анализ, продувка. Проверка исправности предохранительных клапанов, манометров и других защитных устройств. Действия по плану ликвидации аварий: остановка котла, перекрытие подачи топлива, оповещение ответственных лиц. Использование средств индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ) и соблюдение правил охраны труда. Личные качества и мягкие навыки Внимательность и дисциплина. В котельной десятки параметров нужно держать под контролем одновременно; пропуск даже небольшого отклонения может привести к аварии. Стрессоустойчивость и способность быстро принимать решения. В нештатных ситуациях счёт идёт на секунды, а действовать нужно строго по регламенту. Ответственность. Оператор несёт прямую ответственность за безопасную эксплуатацию оборудования.
