Директор Муниципального унитарного предприятия Свободный Водоканал городского округа ЗАТО Свободный Свердловской области (далее - Предприятие) обязан: 1. Обеспечивать осуществление Предприятием видов деятельности, закрепленных в Уставе Предприятия. 2. Действовать в интересах Предприятия. 3. Немедленно информировать Работодателя обо всех вновь возникающих ситуациях, способных нарушить деятельность Предприятия. 4. Отчитываться о деятельности Предприятия в порядке и сроки, определенные Уставом Предприятия, муниципальными правовыми актами городского округа ЗАТО Свободный. 5. Обеспечивать: - соблюдение законности в деятельности Предприятия; - финансовую и договорную дисциплину на Предприятии; - получение Предприятием прибыли; - соблюдение порядка распределения прибыли, установленного муниципальными правовыми актами городского округа ЗАТО Свободный; - рациональное использование и своевременное обновление основных фондов, оборотных средств Предприятия; - представление бухгалтерской и статистической отчетности Предприятия в вышестоящие и контролирующие органы в соответствии с требованиями нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации и правовых актов городского округа ЗАТО Свободный.

Директор должен знать: законодательные и нормативные правовые акты, регламентирующие производственно-хозяйственную и финансово-экономическую деятельность учреждения, постановления федеральных, региональных и органов местного самоуправления, методические и нормативные материалы других органов, касающиеся деятельности учреждения; профиль, специализацию и особенности структуры учреждения; перспективы развития учреждения; управление финансами учреждения; порядок разработки коллективных договоров и регулирования социально-трудовых отношений; трудовое законодательство; правила и нормы охраны труда.
