Заработная плата указана на период стажировки от 1 до 3 месяцев. По результатам стажировки рассматривается вопрос о трудоустройстве на постоянную работу. Обязанности: Подготовка первичной учетной документации (Акты, УПД, счета на оплату, счета-фактуры, платежные поручения и т.д.) Подготовка договоров с контрагентами Взаимодействие с контрагентами: запрос документов, сверка взаиморасчетов Кадровый учет и расчет зарплаты, расчеты с подотчетными лицами, в том числе оформление авансовых отчетов Взаимодействие с сотрудниками клиентов по вопросам расчетов по оплате труда Ввод документов в базу 1С Обработка документов в различных системах ЭДО (Контур, Сбис, 1С:ЭДО и т.д.) Участие в подготовке бухгалтерской и налоговой отчетности Представление отчетности в налоговые и иные государственные органы Взаимодействие с налоговыми органами: сверка, прохождение проверок Сканирование и файлирование первичной учетной документации Ведение корреспонденции: подготовка и регистрация исходящих писем, отправка писем контрагентам по электронной почте и почтой России, получение входящих писем и их регистрация Заказ канцтоваров и офисных принадлежностей, напитков в офис Прием гостей (подача заявок на пропуск для авто, встретить на проходной, угостить кофе, принять документы или товар и так далее, проводить) Заказ и контроль за уборкой офиса Прочие задачи: отслеживание личных кабинетов и контроль за балансом топливных карт, уплатой штрафов и оплатой за пользование платными дорогами Требования: Образование по экономической специальности. Допускаются студенты последних курсов заочного или очно-заочного отделения Уверенное владение ПК Грамотная устная и письменная речь Пунктуальность и дисциплина Ответственность и исполнительность Опыт работы не требуется, требуется желание развиваться и способность быстро обучаться, внимательность к мелочам Умение работать в команде Условия: Работа в офисе рядом со станциями метро Калужская, Воронцовская Оформление по ТК РФ Корпоративная мобильная связь Оплата труда два раза в месяц по дневному тарифу в зависимости от количества отработанных рабочих дней. Дневная ставка: от 1 000 до 3 000 рублей.
