Соблюдать ограничения, не нарушать запреты, которые установлены Федеральным законом от 2 марта 2007 г. № 25-ФЗ О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации и другими федеральными законами; Исполнять основные обязанности, предусмотренные Федеральным законом от 2 марта 2007 г. № 25-ФЗ О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации;Точно и в срок выполнять поручения своего руководителя; Соблюдать правила делопроизводства, в том числе надлежащим образом учитывать и хранить полученные на исполнение документы и материалы, своевременно сдавать их ответственному за делопроизводство, в том числе при уходе в отпуск, убытии в командировку, в случае болезни или оставления должности; Соблюдать установленный служебный распорядок, Типовой кодекс этики и служебного поведения государственных служащих Российской Федерации и муниципальных служащих, правила содержания служебных помещений и правила пожарной безопасности; Беречь и рационально использовать имущество, предоставленное для исполнения должностных обязанностей, а также не использовать это имущество в целях получения доходов или иной личной выгоды; Сообщать представителю нанимателя (работодателю) о личной заинтересованности при исполнении должностных обязанностей, которая может привести к конфликту интересов, принимать меры по предотвращению такого конфликта; Уведомлять представителя нанимателя (работодателя), органы прокуратуры или другие государственные органы обо всех случаях обращения к нему каких-либо лиц в целях склонения его к совершению коррупционных правонарушений; Не разглашать сведения, ставшие известными ему в связи с исполнением должностных обязанностей, затрагивающих частную жизнь, честь и достоинство граждан; Визировать проекты документов, готовящихся в Администрации сельского поселения; Нести ответственность за соответствие текста предлагаемого проекта и документа после печатания; Готовить документы (письма, справки, информации и т.д.) на бланках установленного образца, регистрировать в журнале исходящей корреспонденции; Вести прием, учет (регистрацию) и распределение входящих (поступающих) документов; Вести учет (регистрацию) внутренних документов; Передавать документы на рассмотрение Главе сельского поселения, и после получения соответствующих указаний (резолюций) непосредственно работнику-исполнителю.
