оказывать первичную врачебную медико-санитарную помощь в соответствии с действующими порядками оказания медицинской помощи, клиническими рекомендациями (протоколами лечения) по вопросам оказания медицинской помощи с учетом стандартов медицинской помощи; осуществлять сбор жалоб, анамнеза жизни и заболевания пациента: проводить полное физикальное обследование пациента (осмотр, пальпация, перкуссия, аускультация); формулировать предварительный диагноз и составлять план лабораторных и инструментальных обследований пациента; направлять пациента на обследование в соответствии с действующими порядками оказания медицинской помощи; осуществлять проведение дифференциальной диагностики с другими заболеваниями/состояниями, в том числе неотложными; устанавливать диагноз с учетом действующей международной статистической классификации болезней и проблем, связанных со здоровьем (МКБ); разрабатывать план лечения заболевания или состояния с учетом диагноза, возраста и клинической картины; осуществлять назначение лекарственных препаратов, медицинских изделий и лечебного питания с учетом диагноза, возраста и клинической картины болезни; осуществлять оценку эффективности и безопасности применения лекарственных препаратов, медицинских изделий, лечебного питания и иных методов лечения; оказывать паллиативную медицинскую помощь при взаимодействии с врачами-специалистами и иными медицинскими работниками; осуществлять организацию персонализированного лечения пациента, в том числе беременных женщин, пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста, оценка эффективности и безопасности лечения; осуществлять проведение лечебных процедур и манипуляций в соответствии с действующими порядками оказания медицинской помощи, клиническими рекомендациями (протоколами лечения) по вопросам оказания медицинской помощи, с учетом стандартов медицинской помощи; оформлять заключение для пациента с рекомендациями по проведению назначенного лечения в домашних условиях и дате повторной консультации (госпитализации); выполнять требования нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих деятельность врача-терапевта участкового, а также требования нормативных правовых актов; оформлять необходимую медицинскую документацию в соответствии с установленными требованиями; соблюдать принципы врачебной этики, врачебной тайны в соответствии с требованиями законодательства.
