Организация, совершенствование и обеспечение выполнения процессов сопровождения и эксплуатации информационной системы. Обеспечение доступности и непрерывности функционирования информационной системы. Внедрение и применение нормативно-технических документов (стандартов и регламентов), направленных на организацию и совершенствование процессов эксплуатации, сопровождения и обеспечения доступности системы. Обеспечение соответствия документации, разрабатываемой в процессе внедрения компонентов системы, требованиям к эксплуатации данных компонентов. Обеспечение доступности системы и ее функционирования в соответствии с показателями назначения системы. Формирование требований к системе, направленных на обеспечение непрерывности функционирования и достижения показателей назначения. Организация, совершенствование и обеспечение выполнения процессов сопровождения системы, включая, но не ограничиваясь процессами управления инцидентами, предоставления консультаций, обслуживания и администрирования Системы, в т.ч. организация и обеспечение резервирования Системы, управления доступом. Обеспечение функционирования и технического сопровождения информационной системы. Обеспечение развития информационной системы. Инициация процессов по устранению инцидентов, выявленных по результатам мониторинга. Взаимодействие с подразделениями компании в рамках процессов эксплуатации и сопровождения. Формирование и предоставление отчетности о работе обеспечиваемых процессов. Выполнение иных поручений руководителя в рамках осуществления деятельности по сопровождению и эксплуатации системы.

Опыт от 3-х лет в аналогичном направлении. Должен: Обладать экспертными навыками в организации производственных процессов сопровождения и эксплуатации в организациях. Иметь опыт работы в области эксплуатации ГИС. Иметь опыт управления проектами (проектный менеджмент). Иметь опыт практического применения способов организации работы подразделений сопровождения и эксплуатации или компаний, занимающихся предоставлением услуг в области информационных технологий. Организовывать эффективные бизнес-процессы. Иметь опыт управления проектами. Готовность к гибридному графику работы.
