2.1.1.Работа на электронных конкурсных площадках государственных закупок. 2.1.2.Своевременно и качественно подготавливает документы в соответствии с предъявляемыми требованиями. 2.1.3.Ведет реестр исполнения государственных контрактов, договоров. 2.1.4.Ведет регистрацию, проверку соответствия со спецификацией к контракту (договору) входящих счет-фактур, товарных накладных, актов выполненных работ. 2.1.5.Осуществляет операции с документами в строгом соответствии с установленными нормативными документами, правилами, вести журналы их регистрации. Своевременно сдает документы для дальнейшей обработки в бухгалтерию ГУЗ ККБ . 2.1.6.Вносит данные по контрактам (договорам) в бухгалтерские программы (1-С, другие программы). 2.1.7.Ведет оперативную работу с Поставщиками по выверке поставок, расчетов. Своевременно обрабатывает письма Поставщиков по возврату обеспечения исполнения контрактов. 2.1.8.Подготавливает и передавает информацию о недопоставленном или несвоевременно поставленном товаре сотрудникам контрактной службы для проведения претензионной работы. 2.1.9.Размещает на официальном сайте сведения об исполнении, расторжении, изменении условий контрактов и прочие сведения в установленные законодательством сроки. 2.1.10.Составляет и подает заявки на финансирование по бюджету в плановый отдел ГУЗ ККБ не позднее следующего рабочего дня после регистрации контрактов и договоров. 2.1.11.Подготавливает данные для отчетов. 2.1.12.Докладывает руководителю контрактной службы учреждения обо всех выявленных недостатках в пределах своей компетенции.
