Разработка, применяя средства автоматизации проектирования, и внедрение прогрессивных технологических процессов, оптимальных режимов производства на выпускаемую предприятием продукцию и все виды различных по сложности работ, сокращение материальных и трудовых затрат Установка порядка выполнения работ и пооперационного маршрута обработки деталей и сборки изделий Составление планов размещения оборудования, технического оснащения и организации рабочих мест, расчет производственных мощностей и загрузки оборудования Участие в разработке технически обоснованных, линейных и сетевых графиков, в отработке конструкций изделий на технологичность, расчет нормативов материальных затрат (нормы расхода сырья, полуфабрикатов, материалов, инструментов, технологического топлива, энергии), экономической эффективности проектируемых технологических процессов Разработка технологических нормативов, инструкций, схем сборки, маршрутных карт, карт технического уровня и качества продукции и другой технологической документации Согласование разработанной документации с подразделениями предприятия Разработка технологических процессов на несложные узлы и детали Проверка соблюдения на производстве технологического процесса Участие в выявлении причин брака и выпуска продукции низкого качества, а также в разработке мероприятий по их устранению Разработка несложных планировок размещения технологического оборудования на участках и в цехах Участие в реализации мероприятий, направленных на сокращение расхода, материалов, снижение фактической трудоемкости изготовления деталей, узлов, изделий и повышение производительности труда

Образование высшее (техническое) Опыт работы 1 год специалистом предшествующей категории Умение читать конструкторскую и технологическую документацию, знание алгоритма расчета норм расхода материалов, знание производственных процессов, знание сортамента используемых в производстве материалов, сырья, полуфабрикатов Знать детали, узлы и изделия, которые за ним закреплены, их назначение и маршрут их прохождения по цехам Грамотный русский язык Умение организовывать рабочий процесс, высокие навыки планирования, распределения задач по приоритетности Наличие навыка работы в режиме многозадачности Высокий уровень компетенций в навыках делового общения и переписки Пунктуальность, внимание к деталям Уверенный пользователь ПК: КОМПАС-3D, AutoCAD, Ms Office, 1С ERP
