The posting

Оказание скорой медицинской помощи в экстренной и неотложной формах вне медицинской организации в составе выездной бригады СМП. Проведение первичного осмотра пациента, сбор жалоб и анамнеза. Выполнение медицинских манипуляций и лечебных мероприятий в соответствии со стандартами оказания скорой помощи и клиническими рекомендациями (в т. ч. инфузионная терапия, оксигенотерапия, ЭКГ, инъекции, наложение повязок, иммобилизация и др.). Обеспечение безопасной транспортировки пациента, мониторинг состояния в пути, оказание помощи при ухудшении. Ведение медицинской документации (карты вызова, сопроводительные листы, электронные формы) в установленном порядке. Взаимодействие с диспетчером, старшим врачом станции СМП по вопросам передачи пациента и согласования тактики. Контроль укомплектованности укладки и оборудования бригады, своевременное пополнение расходных материалов и лекарственных средств. Соблюдение санитарно-эпидемиологического режима, правил обращения с медицинскими отходами, требований охраны труда и противопожарной безопасности. Участие в инструктажах, учениях и проверках качества оказания медицинской помощи.

Требования: Среднее профессиональное образование по специальности Лечебное дело . Профессиональная переподготовка по специальности Скорая и неотложная помощь . Действующее свидетельство об аккредитации по специальности Скорая и неотложная помощь . Навыки работы с медицинским оборудованием бригады СМП (дефибриллятор, аппарат ИВЛ, пульсоксиметр и т. д.). Готовность к работе в стрессовых и экстренных ситуациях, высокая ответственность, умение принимать быстрые решения. Личные качества: стрессоустойчивость, внимательность, доброжелательность, способность к командной работе. Условия работы: Сменный график: (сутки через трое / 12-часовые смены). Рабочее место: выездная бригада СМП, автомобиль класса B (оснащён согласно требованиям Минздрава). Обеспечение спецодеждой, средствами индивидуальной защиты, укладкой и оборудованием. Возможность повышения квалификации, участия в обучающих мероприятиях за счёт учреждения. Социальные гарантии: оплачиваемые отпуска и больничные, льготный стаж.
